Outdoor Set Rentals

    Photographers in search of unique outdoor locations need to look no further than those at the Epic Creative Co-Op. If you are tired of trying to do your best work in a public park, only to be interrupted by other photographers or the general public, you owe it to yourself to check out the 4 acres of lush open fields, tree-lined trails, and custom sets on the property.     

     And because our property is completely private, you are welcome to showcase your photography with smoke bombs, confetti, or whatever prop you choose to bring with you. Weekday rates (M-F, 8 am-5 pm) are $40/hour for up to 6 people with a 2-hour minimum. Evening, weekend, and holiday rates are $50/hour for up to 6 people with a 2-hour minimum.

     We just added an outhouse/changing room (you really have to check this out) that is like no other outhouse you’ve ever been in. This is perfect for those late-night or early-morning shoots where the buildings are closed and there is a need for a restroom. Check out the photos in the gallery where you will see:

• An 1880 Replica Chuck Wagon completely decked out with all the gear you would typically find on a trail ride, great for a western-themed shoot.
• A 40’ Patriotic wall mural that features full-size American and Texas State Flags.
• A Christmas Holiday Themed outdoor set perfect for family photos.
• A floating bed/lounger that is a favorite with boudoir photographers, couples, and children.
• A 50’ expansive outdoor deck that opens up to our backlot to give you those creamy bokeh backgrounds everyone loves.
