For productions requiring outdoor settings, the Epic Creative Co-Op campus offers a versatile 4-acre playground for your creative vision. At the front of the property, you’ll find a spacious summer kitchen and picnic table area, ideal for crew services, central staging, script reviews, makeup, catering, and between-scene relaxation.
Adjacent to this hub, tree-lined paths wind through the woods, perfect for capturing romantic late-afternoon scenes for your rom-com or, as the sun sets, creating the eerie atmosphere for a horror sequence reminiscent of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
As you venture further onto the property, you’ll encounter a striking patriotic mural featuring the American and Texas flags. In front of the Epic Mancave stands an authentically rebuilt 1880s chuckwagon (the restoration process is detailed in our blog) alongside a Texas-style campfire setup, providing the perfect backdrop for Western-themed shoots.
Descending the steps, you’ll discover our expansive 3-acre backlot, dotted with towering pine trees and featuring various custom-built outdoor sets designed specifically for photo and video productions. One of the unique advantages of our location is the absence of neighbors, ensuring that noise is never an issue. The only sounds you’ll hear are those provided by nature itself, allowing for uninterrupted, immersive filming experiences.
